Cancellations
If notice of cancellation/alteration of appointment is not given by 3pm the day prior to your child session a cancellation fee will apply.

Our clinic is a registered NDIS provider for “therapeutic supports” “early intervention” and “assistive technology”
Medicare
Our speech pathologists are approved Medicare providers and we have facilities for clients to claim their rebate on the spot in our clinic.
Private Health Funds
We have a HICAPS machine onsite which allows you to use your private health cover and then pay the gap.
Additional Fees
Additional fees may apply in the following circumstances:
- For sessions in rural/remote areas (MMM4 & MMM5)
- Team meetings at a location other than Small TALK
- Out of clinic assessments
- Sessions longer than 60 minutes
- Additional reports (e.g. NDIS progress reports)
- Appointments at locations outside of the local area
