About Small TALK

Small TALK speech therapy is a paediatric private practice located in Mayfield alongside many cafés. Our team of 4 speech pathologists are supported by a fulltime receptionist who takes care of client communication, billing and resource preparation. We are passionate about assisting children with early communication, neurodivergent supports and complex communication needs.

We have been assisting local families since 2011 and have developed a strong reputation and connection with the community evidenced by many long-standing clients and team members.

We value and appreciate the interests and clinical expertise of each of our therapists and therefore each team member has the opportunity to tailor their caseload as they progress in their role.

Our practice and team are driven by our values:

To Support,

To Hope,

To Nurture and

To Understand

Small TALK is near the centre of Newcastle with world class walks and beaches and great cafés and restaurants.

Why work with us?

We work hard to create a positive and supportive team environment where each clinician can grow their clinical skills and enjoy a healthy work life balance.
